Information we collect
When you enquire about or book a tour, we collect the details you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, nationality, passport details where a booking requires them, dietary or medical notes you choose to share, and your travel preferences.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse our website, such as your device type, browser, and pages visited, in order to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
How we use your information
We use your information to prepare quotes, confirm and operate your booking, arrange accommodation and transport, communicate with you before and during your trip, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
With your consent, we may send you occasional updates about new itineraries and seasonal offers. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
Sharing with third parties
To deliver your trip we share only the information necessary with trusted partners: hotels and lodges, ground operators, park authorities, and payment processors. Each is expected to protect your data and use it solely to fulfil your booking.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by Tanzanian law or to protect the safety of travellers and staff.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to operate your trip and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
Marketing preferences are retained until you ask us to remove you from our list.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to restrict or object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
We aim to respond to every request within a reasonable period and will always confirm the action we have taken.
